Website and custom CRM for a Karachi real estate firm. The site presents the developments the company markets, and the CRM supports the team behind it.
/ Overview
HK Builders & Developers is a Karachi real estate firm that connects buyers with residential and commercial developments, among them United Palm Greens, Falaknaz Wonder City, Falaknaz Hills View and Falaknaz Overseas Block. I designed and built the company website, with a page for each development, a section for client stories and a simple path to booking a consultation. Alongside the public site I built a custom CRM for the team's internal use.

/ Challenge
Property is a trust purchase, and a firm that markets other developers' projects has to look as credible as the projects themselves. The site needed a premium feel, a clear view of what is currently on offer, and proof from real buyers, while keeping the route to a phone call or WhatsApp chat short.

Designed a navy and gold interface with serif headlines to match the premium positioning of the developments.
Frontend development
Built the home, projects, clients, about and contact pages, plus a detail page for each of the four developments.
CRM development
Built a custom CRM for the team's internal use alongside the public website.
Local SEO and analytics
Added RealEstateAgent and LocalBusiness structured data and set up Google Analytics.
/ Solution
The homepage leads with the featured development, then lays out every project the firm markets, each linking to its own page. A client stories section and testimonials carry the trust argument, and every page ends with a consultation prompt and a direct phone number. Animated counters, a slow marquee and a restrained palette give the site a premium feel without slowing it down.
